From tooling to
finished components.

Tooling, aluminum die casting, CNC machining and finishing, planned from your component drawing and production requirements.

manufacturing services.

Each stage brings a different set of considerations. Start with the service most relevant to your component.

Aluminum Die Casting

Review the alloy, part geometry and quantities alongside the machined interfaces, finish and inspection needs of the finished component.

What we discuss

  • Component geometry and function
  • Material and production requirements
  • Machining and finishing interfaces

Define the scope.
Connect the operations.

Build the manufacturing plan around the finished component, from tooling and trial samples to machining, finishing and delivery.

01Aluminum die casting
Review housings, covers, brackets and mounting components against the part geometry, alloy, tooling layout and required quantities.
02Tooling & sampling
Discuss parting lines, draft, ribs, wall transitions and machining allowances. Define trial samples and the acceptance requirements before planning repeat production.
03Secondary machining
Identify the faces, bores, holes and threads that require milling, drilling, tapping or turning. Agree the datums and tolerances for each functional feature.
04Finishing & delivery
Specify deburring, surface appearance, protected interfaces and any requested finish. Include packing, identification and delivery requirements in the project scope.
