Quality starts with
clear requirements.

For custom components, the inspection scope should be defined around the drawing, material specification, critical dimensions, and intended application.

Quality documentation.

Quality management certification and the supplier assessment are recorded separately, with their dates and scope.

Quality management system

ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certificate 06525Q00096R0S, issued by CFL Certification Center (北京中物联联合认证中心). Stated certificate period: 13 January 2025–12 January 2028; replacement date: 24 August 2026. The stated scope covers manufacturing of aluminum castings and siphonic outlets.

Supplier assessment · 2023

TÜV Rheinland conducted an on-site supplier assessment for Made-in-China.com on 7 May 2023, report MIC-ASI236308. The report covers company information, production facilities and production process control. This is a dated supplier assessment, separate from the quality management system certificate and any product certification.

Recorded inspection controls

The 2023 assessment recorded work instructions and acceptance standards, incoming-material and finished-product inspection instructions, identification and segregation of nonconforming products, and repair followed by re-inspection. Inspection methods, reporting and acceptance requirements for a new order are agreed for the individual component.

Define what
needs to be checked.

Use the RFQ to communicate the acceptance requirements that matter to your application.

01Drawing & revision
Identify the drawing revision, datum references, critical dimensions and any special characteristics. Separate as-cast features from surfaces that need machining.
02Material specification
Specify the alloy grade and applicable standard. State whether the project requires material certificates, composition checks or links between material and production batches.
03Surface & appearance
Mark visible areas, sealing faces and protected interfaces. Define acceptable flash, burrs, surface marks and finish requirements using the drawing or an agreed sample.
04Inspection scope
List the dimensions and functional features to check, the proposed sampling requirements and the records needed. Confirm the measurement method and available equipment for each project.

Plan the checks.
Agree the records.

A project quality plan can cover these four stages. The methods, responsibilities and records are agreed for the individual component.

  1. 01

    Material & requirements

Agree the drawing revision, alloy specification, incoming documentation and acceptance criteria before trial production.

  2. 02

    Trial & first samples

Identify the sample quantity and dimensions to report. Review assembly, appearance and any requested functional checks before approving the next stage.

  3. 03

    Process checkpoints

Define where checks are needed after casting, trimming, machining and finishing, including the records and sampling frequency to be agreed.

  4. 04

    Final review & packing

Agree the final inspection scope, part identification, packing protection and documents to accompany the shipment.

Make critical features
part of the conversation.

Mark datum references, sealing surfaces and visible areas that need special attention. Keep acceptance criteria tied to the current drawing revision.

Record the agreed inspection method and reporting scope alongside the drawing revision.

Discuss Inspection

Before you
prepare the brief.

Prepare the drawing revision and known acceptance criteria before requesting an inspection scope.

Which inspection documents or special tests should I request?

List the dimensional reports, material records and sample approval documents your project needs. If coordinate measurement, leak testing or internal-defect inspection is required, provide the method and acceptance criteria. Availability, responsibility and cost need confirmation in the project scope.

What if the inspection requirements are not final?

Include the drawing revision and known critical features. Flag the inspection methods, acceptance criteria, or reporting needs that require discussion. The scope must be confirmed for the individual project.

How can I send drawings for review?

Use the inquiry form to send drawings and inspection requirements to our team by email. Share only files you are authorized to send. Attachments are checked and temporarily processed, without a website drawing archive.

Make the requirements clear.

Bring the drawing revision, critical features, and inspection or reporting needs.
