How we use your information
Runheng Die Casting Co., Ltd. uses your contact details, requirements and drawings to review and respond to your inquiry. The website temporarily processes your submission and checks attachments before sending them to our sales mailbox.
Temporary website processing
The website does not maintain an inquiry database, save uploaded drawings to disk or create inquiry backups. Temporary submission data is released after processing. A short-lived submission reference and request fingerprint help prevent duplicate sends; they do not contain your message or attachments.
Email storage and your requests
Our email service processes and stores the message and attachments in the mailbox. Mailbox retention is managed separately; the website does not automatically delete correspondence. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact [email protected].
Delivery confirmation
A successful response means our email service accepted the inquiry for delivery. It does not confirm that a team member has read it.
Security checks
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help block automated submissions. Cloudflare processes browser and network signals for this security check. We do not send your inquiry text or drawings to Turnstile. Short-lived request and email-address hashes are used for rate limiting and duplicate detection. This site does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
